Jellyfish Forest

Jellyfish Forest is an interactive LED installation featuring illuminated, touch-responsive tentacles suspended under glowing jellyfish forms, immersing visitors in a vibrant ocean of light.

When still, the tentacles display a slow, breathing animation in shades of marine blue. When they are touched, vibration sensors triggers a vivid "sting" of color that radiates outward from the point of contact. 

The installation has been showcased on Global News during coverage of the Lumiere Festival and exhibited multiple times at Burning Man. 

I led the electrical design and firmware development, while collaborating on mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly.
