VIVE Cosmos XR Module

Cosmos XR is a faceplate module for the VIVE Cosmos VR system. It features high-quality, passthrough cameras that allow users to see the real world through the headset, enabling high-end augmented reality use cases.

We worked with HTC's engineering teams to develop a faceplate design that housed the additional cameras and supporting electronics, while maintaining a cohesive Cosmos design language. 

I led the A-side surfacing and cosmetic structural features, balancing the design intent with DFM and thermal considerations.
